Why Interviews?

Interviews are a great way to directly engage your stakeholders in a controlled conversation. They allow transparent dialogue with senior leaders of an organization, expert discussions on hot topics, and thoughtful feedback and input on different viewpoints. They provide a structured tool for selecting important questions and responding directly in a thoughtful way. Unlike blog, where your message can get muddled in a sea of comments, you completely control the flow of the conversation and can answer each question directly, in the order that you want.

Pre-submit questions

Participants can pre-submit questions, so that they don’t have to ask them during the interview. The expert can choose to answer them during the interview or answer them ahead of time. If he/she answers the questions ahead of time, the moderator can still post them at set intervals during the interview.

Email the participants with one click following an interview

Using the Reports function, you can send an email directly to everyone who asked a question during the interview. You can customize the text of the email to send, and can even specify the return address for the email. This is especially useful in sending transcripts of your interviews to the participants. When setting up your account, you can decide which information about the users you would like to capture (i.e. email address, organization name, country, etc.).

Easy moderation of questions

If you are moderating participant's questions before they go to your expert, the questions appear in a nice easy queue for you to process. You always have the option of choosing to approve the question or to skip it. If you skip questions you can always come back and approve them at a later time.

Dynamic display of current, past, and upcoming interviews

Your site will dynamically display whether an interview is upcoming, has already transpired, or is ongoing, and will put the interview in its relevant place on your site. You can also highlight interviews easily on other site pages if you wish.

Change the CSS coding without having a computer science degree

Change the header for sections on your site, by simply clicking a button and inputting what you would like to have displayed there. You don’t need to worry about the CSS, the system will do it for you!
